How do I access my assigned courses?

After logging in, open your dashboard or the All Courses section. Courses assigned to you by CKB will be visible there, depending on your role, branch, or department.

I cannot see a course assigned to me. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged in with the correct account and that the course has already started. If the course is still not visible, contact your manager, HR, or the LMS administrator.

How is course completion tracked?

The LMS automatically records activity completion, quiz attempts, grades, and course progress. A course is completed only when all required activities are marked as complete.

Are compliance courses mandatory?

Yes. Mandatory courses such as AML, KYC, data protection, and regulatory compliance must be completed within the assigned deadline. Completion may be reviewed by HR or management.

What should I do if I fail a quiz?

Check the quiz instructions. Some quizzes allow multiple attempts, while others may have restrictions. If you are unsure, contact your trainer, HR, or the LMS administrator before trying again.

Can I access the platform from a mobile device?

Yes. The platform can be accessed from a mobile device, tablet, or computer. For the best experience, use an updated browser and a stable internet connection.
