I cannot see the course I was assigned to.expandcollapse

Make sure: You are logged in with the correct account. Your department manager has assigned the course. The course has already started. If the course is still not visible, contact the HR or LMS administrator.

I forgot my password. What should I do?expandcollapse

Click on “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the instructions. If the issue persists, contact IT Support.

How is my time spent in the course tracked?expandcollapse

The LMS automatically records: Login time Activity completion Quiz attempts Time spent in modules This information may be visible to your manager or HR department.

Is course completion mandatory?expandcollapse

Yes. Some courses (e.g., compliance, AML, data protection) are mandatory and must be completed within the assigned deadline. Failure to complete mandatory training may be reported to management.

How do I know if I completed the course?expandcollapse

You can check: The Course Progress bar The Completion status Your certificate (if available) A course is considered completed only when all required activities are marked as complete.

What happens if I fail a quiz?expandcollapse

Depending on the course settings: You may be allowed multiple attempts. You may need to wait before retaking the test. Your highest or last score may be recorded. Check the quiz instructions before starting.

Can I retake a completed course?expandcollapse

Some courses allow re-enrollment. For mandatory regulatory training, retakes may be restricted unless re-certified annually.
